Refunds We understand that last minute things can come up. Once a session is booked and paid for, if you have to cancel, we will honor your booking and reschedule your session. We will allow you to reschedule up to 3 times before your booking is forfeited. Please contact us as soon as possible for recheduling. Also, if we cannot provide you with the requested support, we will happily refund you. Computer and or Booking error If you accidentally clicked the wrong button and pay the wrong amount, you can request a refund within 30 days. This does not include booking sessions and later deciding you do not need them. All bookings will expire if not used within 30 days. If for some reason Teleport Tutors schedule inhibits use of your booking within the 30 days, we will work with you to either refund you your money or reschedule. Customer Conduct Please respect your instructor. We reserve the right to refuse service to rude or disrespectful customers. We also reserve the right to end a session, without refund, due to this type of behavior. We want your session to be inspiring and valuable - please be kind :)
